Making a Reservation

You have decided you would like to have a holiday at Basse Copette, either a midweek or weekend break in my B&B, or a self catering holiday in my self catering gîte, now what? The following outlines the booking procedure.

1. Availability

As there is only one cottage/gîte and one B&B suite the following two calendars provide accurate information about the availability iof each respectively.

2. Prices

Having checked the availability, confirm the tariff:

Prices for the luxury B&B suite can be found at the foot of the B&B page
Prices for special breaks can be found at the foot of the specific special break page, for a list of the pages, click here

3. Payment

Self catering and luxury packages in the gite: 30% on reservation, balance 12 weeks before the start of your stay at Basse Copette
(10% discount should you pay in full at time of reservation if this is more than 12 weeks away from your intended stay at Basse Copette.)
Bed and Breakfast: payment in full for a stay of 1 or 2 days on reservation, 50% on reservation for a stay of 3 or more days
Special Breaks: payment in full on reservation

4. Terms & Conditions

Guests are not required to sign contracts, but in making the payments required for a reservation as detailed above guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined on this website. Follow the following links for the terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy:

5. Email Your Booking Request

Include your name, a contact telephone number, details of your group (number of adults and children), what type of accommodation you wish to reserve, and for when (and if you can be flexible with dates). And if you have any questions, please add these too.

I will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible (usually within a few hours). I will confirm availability and the price, and the payment required and when. I will also provide details for you to make your payment.
