I offer a self catering cottage (gîte) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 6 to 8 people. Choose between the Self Catering Package or the Luxury Package. Self Catering Package – Prices for 2012
Prices below for up to 6 people (less €100 if 2 people, add €50 per person for 7th and 8th persons). A week-long stay starts Saturday at 4pm and ends the following Saturday at 10am.
- Peak Season: €1275 per week (July, August and Christmas, New Year)
- High Season: €975 per week (June and September)
- Mid Season: €775 per week (March, April, May and October)
- Low Season: €625 per week (November to February, excluding Christmas and New Year weeks)
Short Breaks: Nightly rates are available in Low Season for €130 per night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights for up to 6 people (€150 per night for up to 8 people). Weekend and Mid-Week breaks are offered in Mid and Low Season for the Luxury Package only.
The Self Catering Package includes:
- A three course meal on your first night, and served in the cottage (additional meals can be arranged, for choices and prices see the menus).
- All bedding, linen, towels (bath, hand and pool).
- Electricity, water, BBQ charcoal and firewood.
- Heated swimming pool (April to October, inclusive).
- Equipment for babies and toddlers, including travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, toilet trainer seat, potty, step for hand basin.
- All the necessary cleaning products and items, including bin liners, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towels and washing cloths and sponges.
- Basic kitchen condiments, including vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, herbs & spices.
- Tin foil, cling film, matches and other basic kitchen requirements.
- Local treats to welcome you on your arrival.
Note that for stays of 4 nights or less, the first night meal is not included.
Breakfast can be supplied at an extra cost of €6.50 per person for a continental style breakfast or €12 for a cooked breakfast (see menus for full details).
Special Offer for 2-week stays: A mid-stay clean is included to freshen up your accommodation – and enjoy a Basse Copette BBQ and all the trimmings prepared for you all.

Luxury Self Catering Package – Prices for 2012
The Luxury Self Catering Package costs an extra €145 per person per week (to a maximum of 6 people).
Short Breaks: Luxury Package Weekend Breaks (3 nights – Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or Mid-Week Breaks (4 nights – Monday to Thursday) are available in Mid and Low Seasons (€875 in Mid Season and €750 in Low Season – up to 4 people, less €100 if 2 people, add €100 per person for 5th and 6th persons).
The Luxury Self Catering Package includes the standard Self Catering Package plus these extras:
- Freshly prepared refreshments on arrival, tea/coffee and cake, or drinks and canapés.
- Two further three-course meals, or one Gourmet Meal/Seafood Platter (in addition to your meal on arrival).
- A well stocked fridge with an assortment of fruit, meats & patés, cheeses.
- Various soft drinks, beers, wines and Normandy cider, and ‘bar’ snacks.
- Items for your first breakfast.
- Bath robes and toiletries.
- Maid service.
Further breakfasts can be supplied at an extra cost of €6.50 per person for a continental style breakfast or €12 for a cooked breakfast (see menus for full details).
Special Offer for 2-week stays: Choose from one of my “gourmet tours” (includes lunch) or a tour of the Monet sites along the Normandy coast (no extra cost).
