Where does an Englishman learn to cook Fench food like that?! Fantastic!! One one problem with the stay – it was too short! It was a super idea to take the boys to the archaeological park, Samara, to run off some steam. I am sure we will be back.

What a fantastic find! A beautiful corner of France, very relaxing and a lovely host. The barn is stunning and comfortably furnished, the lounge is great with a roaring fire. Thomas, thank yo for the apple tart, bread and local cheese, you are very thoughtful. We would love to come back for longer and explore more of the local area.

We hadn’t expected 6″ of snow, but the children has a good time playing in it! Loved the barn and great once we got a roaring fire going! Lovely area, lots to do and see. Great beaches at Fort Mahon. Recommend Parc Asterix as a change from Disney. Many thanks.

The barn is an excellent place to stay, a nice find with a pleasant feel and atmosphere. The children loved the fire place and the warmth it gave to the evenings prior to going to bed. A big thank you to Thomas on his greeting and welcome, advice and chats. Had a great time hope to be back, see you again mate!

Während unserer pfingstferien haben wir einige schöne taje in Basse Copette verbracht. Die sehr ruhige laye bildete eines wohltunden kontrast zur hektik der gross städte und der küstenoste. Wir fühlten uns, nachdem Thomas uns sehr herzlich mit apfelkuchen und cidre empfangen hatte, in dieser geschmack-voll eingerichleten “grange” sofort wie zuhause. Thank you for a nice stay.

We have been to many hotels and B&Bs in our time, but never before have we been made to feel so welcome. We’ve all loved staying here and the pool was nice! We love looking down on the view and I bet our nan and nannee would love to paint it. Your cooking at the barbeque was excellent. When we were splashing we were having a war! We injoid playing football. The beds were cumfy. Many thanks again Thomas, its been great!!!

What a wonderful place you have! We all enjoyed sitting by the fire at night in our cozy lounge. We were amazed at the spectacular dinner you presented on Wednesday. We felt very welcome! Somewhere over the rainbow lies Basse Copette, and here dreams really do come true, and its all down to Thomas. What can we say. Came here last year for two days, and back this year for a week. I wish there were more people like Thomas in this world, it would be a much nicer place. He really is the perfect host, and a real gentleman.

Thank you so much Thomas for a wonderful 1st week of our holiday. The accommodation is beautiful, the views spectacular. We ordered the duck – highly recommend it to anyone … as everyone else has said! This place is perfect for young children too – snail and bear hunting a particular favourite for us. It has also been a pleasure to meet some one as kind and helpful as Thomas – it really made our holiday. Will be back to find more bears next year!

Now that we have to leave we feel sad. We could stay longer and longer and longer … We loved the atmosphere you created here, we loved croissants, mousse-au-chocolat and Calvados. And the pool of course. Thank you very much!!!

A beautiful place which we all enjoyed. The gite was excellent, with everything we needed. The beds were fantastic we all slept very well. The views are spectacular around the gite and the peace and quiet was a welcome break.

A really lovely and relaxing holiday. The Farmhouse is excellent accommodation and we visited all the places we had thought of going to. The old towns of Amiens and Rouen are worth a visit, Giverny was well worth it and Paris good but very hot – we cooled down with a boat ride! All the countryside is beautiful and we saw a deer on an evening walk through the cornfield.

Enjoyed our stay. We managed to see and do everything we wanted to. Places we enjoyed: Le Treport, Amiens Cathedral and Hortillonnages (canal boat-ride), Rambures Chateau. Comfortable accommodation, lots of fun playing games in the evening and spending time in the pool. Great meal provided on our first evening.
