  1. You have a wonderful set up here Thomas!

We really enjoyed baking potatoes in the fire with you.

Rest assured we will let all out friends in Paris know about you and Basse Copette.

    See you soon.

Takkatulen loimutessa nautimme Thomasin valmistaman upean illallisen, punaviinin kera! :)

Tuskin maltan odottaa, että pääsemme Basse Copetteen kesällä uudestaan!!

Kiitos Thomas ihanasta viikonlopusta ja nähdään pian! :)

  4. The park in Rouen, the swings, the Dieppe Seaside, the quiet, the quiet, the peace, the precious peace. We ate gorgeous mussels and artichokes and had an all round 100% brilliant time. Thank you Thomas from us all.

  5. Enjoyed the log fire. Loved the lunches in the garden and suppers in the dining room. Thanks for the apple tart, cheese and cider. Oh, and the boulangerie in Blangy sells fascinating almond chocolate croissants!

  6. Thank you Thomas for making our stay so wonderful. You’re a kind and thoughtful host, and the home you have here is beautiful, calm and peaceful. Would have like to have stayed longer!

  7. Thank you for a lovely stay. Wonderful food & very welcoming host. Loved the cheese and wine and the fire.

  8. Cool Holiday!!! Our holiday at Basse Copette was a jewel to us. We had a great time here. We had great areas to explore like the market and the seasides and we also went to other towns like Dieppe. Thank you a lot.

  9. Thank you for making us feel so at home! Beautiful place, we’d love to come again.

  11. Returning to Basse Copette is always a pleasure. Thomas’ hospitality, the peace and natural beauty are unmatched. Thank you so much Thomas for making Michael’s 50th birthday so memorable. Wonderful holidays are much to do with place but so much more to do with people and you make Basse Copette special.

  12. When we stayed at Thomas’s it was so much fun.Thomas’s garden is AMAZING it’s really pretty AND he grows his own food he has been giving my mum and dad lessons (they need them and are now making their own veg patch). As well as growing his own fruit and veg he makes his own bread so that saves having to go to the store. His house is always a lovely place to stay in Although it was quite warm the swimming pool froze me but I bet it’s already getting warmer because Thomas now has put in a heater so i dont think it will freeze anyone else. Staying there was BRILLIANT!

  13. After staying here for a weekend away to surprise my girlfriend for our anniversary I can whole heartedly recommend it for anyone. Thomas made sure everything was set up as promised and really pulled the stops out in the food department.
A lovely quiet location with not a lot to do apart from visit some local markets buy some cheese and wine and go back to enjoy it, it was tough.

Look forward to our next visit,

    Ian

It was such a lovely place to stay in. We are already thinking about our next visit! We don’t want to go!! Try the Normandy chicken – superb.

  19. Thomas gave us a very warm welcome with a lovely yummy Normandy tart to eat & a refreshing cider!! The barn is beautiful and the setting spectacular. We all had refreshing dips in the pool. George had a wonderful 1st birthday and even practised taking his first steps unaided!! The peace and quiet was wonderful and relaxing. Thomas has been an excellent, attentive and caring host, and we’re disappointed we didn’t get to dine with him. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

  20. Our first time, which wont be our last. Perfection personified. Thank you Thomas for making all of us feel so welcome.

  21. Our last and most relaxing evening of our 10Day tour of S/W France. Despite many changes of mind Thomas was always accommodating and will certainly figure in our future itineraries. Rural France at its best.

  27. Thomas, it was a joy to meet you & stay at Basse Copette. You made us feel so welcome it was as if we’d always known you. Your breakfasts were wonderful & our meal on Saturday night was totally divine. I just wish we could’ve stayed a whole week instead of just the weekend. Thanks again. xxx
